Tips For Healthy & Kissable Lips - What Should You Do?

Healthy reddish, moist and shiny lips are always luscious and kissable. However, they are simply vulnerable to climatic and environmental effects, aging, improper diet, unhealthy lifestyle and so on. Apart from avoiding various causes of poor lips, something need to be done to protect your precious lips.
Balanced Diet With Adequate Vitamins, Minerals And Fiber
Generally modern diets are sumptuous but imbalanced. Green vegetables, fruits, soy protein, nuts, cereal, rice bran beverage and more vitamins B,C and E, minerals and fiber rich foods help to boost metabolism, blood circulation, digestion and in turn healthiness of your lips.
Supplement With Chinese Or Ayurvedic Herbs
Chinese herbs have always play a role in my family's daily and monthly nutritional preparations. Different herbs are taken on different times on different purposes. Consult a Chinese physician for your personal needs. For me, I take soup of red dates (Jujube) and gouqi (Medlar) mixture daily to boost my energy and replenish my blood. This preparation has certainly brightened up my skin and shined up my lips. Ayurvedic herbs with 5000 years of history are certainly helpful too. I think this can be a topic of my future blog entry.
Regular Body & Lip Exercises
We all know exercise brings many goods to our health. Lips with only 3-5 cellular layers can easily benefit from the workout as metabolism and thus skin rejuvenation are boosted thereafter. Exercise gives your lips a firmer and fuller look too. How about lips exercise? Yes, regular smooch and smack do help.
Home Remedies On Lip Care
Natural home remedies from mother earth do wonder to our lips. Some people even try to DIY their own lip products. Olive oil, ghee, jojoba oil, honey etc. moisten and smoothen lips; sugar and greentea exfoliate lips; beewax locks lips moisture; lemon, almond oil and rose water lighten lips color; milk nourishes lips......ya, tons of them, I'll tell you in details later.
Drink Plenty Of Water
Ya, we need at least 8 glasses of water to prevent our lips from drying up. Those living in dry and hot countries, drink more water please. But, this tip doesn't apply to patients suffering from kidney disorders.
Care Your Lips As You Care Your Face
You remove your makeup, wash, tone, moisturize and treat your face every night. Don't forget, lips need your pamper too. After removing your lip makeup, apply lip balm or lip care home remedies and lip treatment or lip repair , if necessary, before you go to bed. Your lips need regular exfoliation to remove dead cells too and lastly, before you go out in day time, apply lip balm or lipstick with sunscreen.
